Proqis hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the content and functionality displayed on the Site (the "Site Content") on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content. Proqis does not warrant that functions contained in this website content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that Proqis or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

Proqis may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Proqis. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and / or amended.
The content and functionality on the site is provided with the understanding that Proqis is not herein engaged in rendering professional advice and services to you. All content and functionality on the site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Proqis and its third-party content providers make no warranties, express or implied, as to the ownership, accuracy, or adequacy of the site content. Proqis shall have no liability or responsibility for any information published on linked websites, contained in any user submissions published on the site, or provided by third parties. Neither Proqis nor its third-party content providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost revenues or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages or losses and regardless of the theory of liability.
Under no circumstances will Proqis be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
- Loss of opportunity;
- Loss of data;
- Loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
- Loss of business;
- Loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
- Losses suffered by third parties; or
Proqis does not provide refunds for cancellations, and any fee due are payable in full. If you have to cancel your registration you can either send a substitute colleague in your place or claim a credit within the following time frames before the conference. To send a substitute colleague, please send an email toreg@Proqis.com with the full contact details of the current attendee and conference they are registered for, and the full contact details of the substitute attendee, including their job title, telephone number and email address.
For cancellations received in writing more than ten (10) working days prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Proqis conference for up to one year from the date of issue. For cancellations received less than ten (10) working days prior to the event no credits will be issued.
In the event that Proqis cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future Proqis event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issue.
In the event that Proqis postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Proqis event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issue. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
Proqis is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. Proqis shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Proqis reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
Changes to the Programme
Proqis reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the programme, agenda, speakers, dates and venue location and can also cancel events if enrolment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each delegate if the event is cancelled. If an event is not held for any reason, Proqis’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. Proqis is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, postponement, alteration or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its control including, without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, and accident.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
